Responsibilities

  • Create sales plan with quarterly PAP, Recoverage sales report, oversee the annual sales target and review the sales to ensure that the sales team can meet the sales target
  • Communicate the sales plan by arranging regular branch meeting to review the business strategy and assign plans to each department
  • Manage the brand to ensure that it operates effectively according to the business plans in terms of sales, office operations and warehouse
  • develop business plans with key retailers under area of responsibility to manage, plan as well as grow retailers’ potential in order to gain sustainable sales volume
  • Manage money collection from customers to ensure there is no bad debt or debt from corruption by the sales or warehouse staff
  • Travel to check in on the sales representatives, sales team leader as well as pay regular visits to the retailers
  • Maintain good relationship with the retailers to make sure that their experience with Durbell is a positive one and that the Durbell is their preferred brand
  • Create and send monthly report such as Scorecard, tracking performance and ICO as well as send sales report to the Head Office
  • Analyze and arrange training for sales team by matching with individual staff’s needs
  • Manage projects where the branch is involved
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales and at least 3 years in team management as a manager
  • Can travel upcountry and stay overnight
  • Manage results and expenses
  • Skilled in communication, tactful at negotiation and capable of motivating the team
  • Has organization and management skills as well as leadership
  • Can drive and has a driver’s license
  • Capable of using a computer and basic software, capable of communicating in English
  • Skilled at motivating and advising team members
  • Skilled at problem solving and decision making as well as conflict management
  • Possess leadership skills, active, personable, presentable and loves good challenges
