IT Support officer (Network)

Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware and application (Macbook & Windows PC/Laptop , Tablet , Mobile )
  • Trouble shooting system problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365
  • Manage & reporting computers headcount and IT inventory
  • Monitor, Maintaining, all the IT systems of the organization
  • Have a knowledge of WAN, LAN including Wireless network infrastructure
  • Maintain Internet, Firewall, VPN, Network security as well as tools and equipment

 Qualification

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Management Information System or relevant field
  • At least 1-2 years experienced in IT support, Help desk technician or related filed
  • Has driving license and able to travel upcountry
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts, devices and security.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Microsoft Office 365), Window server, switch, acces point
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills working with teams
  • Fair command in English
  • Problem solving and good Interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner
