- Selection and evaluation of business partners with the capacity to work within sustainability principles. This process is regularly renewed.
- Risk assessment, grouping of business partners, analysis and prioritization of risks that may occur from the business partners are performed. The results are then translated into business strategies and development plans aligning with the risks that can potentially impact the group’s business operations.
- Develop and improve the capabilities of the business partners towards sustainability. Develop business plans and increase operational efficiency to ensure mutual growth.
- Create awareness of sustainability principles amongst employees to enable them to perform in line with the company’s purpose.
