During the welcome ceremony, Mr. Yang Wanming, President of the CPAFFC, and Mr. Korn Dabbaransi, former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand and President of the Thai–Chinese Friendship Association, delivered speeches, warmly praising this cross-mountain-and-sea journey of friendship and commending the deep ties and extensive people-to-people exchanges between China and Thailand over the past 50 years. Following the speeches, members of the caravan were presented with commemorative certificates and posed for photos with government representatives from both countries, capturing memorable moments of this landmark celebration marking the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand.

Mr. Korn Dabbaransi, former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand and President of the Thai–Chinese Friendship Association, emphasized in his speech: “The ‘Thai-Chinese Friendship Caravan’, covering over 5,000 kilometers and passing through multiple cities across China, was warmly welcomed along the route.
