Stand together through storm and stress! TCP Group is in action

Since the flood season began this year, heavy rains have begun to appear in many places in southern China. The three major freshwater lakes – Dongting Lake, Poyang Lake and Taihu Lake – have become "full of water", and the flooding situation is severe. Jiangxi, Anhui and other places have been in emergency mode, and serious floods have occurred in many parts.

The owner of the global Red Bull brand and the founding company of Red Bull Beverage – Thailand’s TCP Group – is paying attention to this flooding situation. Recently, TCP Group and its partner in China, Pu Sheng Food Sales Co., Ltd., donated 1,000 boxes of Red Bull drinks to the frontline flood-fighting troops and their support units in the provinces of Jiangxi and Anhui, extending the highest respect and condolences to the heroes and staff who are fighting on the frontline.

On July 11, Jiangxi upgraded its flood control emergency response to level I. The Jiangxi Armed Police Corps and the Jiangxi Provincial Military Region have dispatched batches of armed police officers and military personnel to fight the floods. The Armed Police Forces and military personnel stationed in the most dangerous and critical areas for flood control in Poyang, Jiangxi Province, have reported that “the water level has exceeded the warning levels” and “people are being besieged by the floods.” The flood situation caused much damage to roads in Jiangxi province, and our material delivery team went through several twists and turns, finally successfully delivering 500 boxes of Red Bull drinks to the Jiangxi Army, the Municipal Management Bureau, the Public Security Bureau, the Raofeng Town Government and the Army stationed in Yugan, Jiangxi. TCP Group expresses its steadfast support and sincere condolences to the brave personnel and staff fighting the floods on the frontline. Following Jiangxi, the emergency response for flood control in many places in Anhui Province has also been upgraded to Level I, and the task of fighting the floods has been arduous. We delivered 500 boxes of Red Bull drinks to flood relief units such as the Hefei Detachment of the Armed Police Force, Zhongmiao Sub-district Office in Chaohu City, Shuanghe Town Government Office in Lu'an City, Civil Affairs Bureau of Funan County in Fuyang City, and Yingshang County Federation of Trade Unions in Fuyang City. We hope that the Red Bull beverages will help bring coolness and strength to the personnel fighting the floods in the summer heat.
