The Commissioning Ceremony of the TCP Group Red Bull Beverage (Sichuan) Production Base was held in the Neijiang Economic and Technological Development Zone on December 14, 2023. Najjsiri Nimyizhune, the Deputy Consul General of the Royal Thai Consulate in Chengdu, attended the inauguration ceremony and delivered a speech. Xu Yixin, Secretary of the Party Group and Director-General of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, Fang Qing, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director-General of the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation, Lin Fan, Member of the Party Group and Secretary of the Organizational Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, and Zhou Yong, Level-Two Inspector of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, also attended the ceremony. Zou Zijing, Secretary of the Neijiang Municipal Committee, attended and announced the official commencement of the project. Li Dan, Vice Secretary of the Neijiang Municipal Committee and Mayor of Neijiang, attended and delivered a speech. Supachai Junkeiat is delivering a speech
The TCP Group Red Bull Beverage (Sichuan) Production Base features a total planned land area of around 400 mu and a total investment of 2 billion yuan. It is designed to accommodate five Red Bull beverage production lines, totaling an annual production capacity of 1.44 billion cans. Its primary objective is to effectively cater to the needs of the market in western China. The Production Base introduces industry-leading high-speed fully automatic production lines and fully automatic warehouses, complies with world-class energy conservation standards for green factories, and is committed to establishing a smart factory with an environment-friendly and smart production and operation system. Since the Production Base's official construction commencement in March 2022, the government of the Neijiang Economic and Technological Development Zone has established a "Chief Service Officer" system to provide full-process services for the Production Base. At the ceremony, the guests on the stage pressed the button together, symbolizing that the Base is put into operation officially. The attendees witnessed this significant milestone moment together.

The commissioning ceremony was presided over by Luo Wandong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Neijiang Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department. In attendance were Zhou Xin and Bi Sheng, esteemed leaders of Neijiang City, representatives from the Consulate General of Thailand in Chengdu, TCP Group, and their partners in China. Also present were officials from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, as well as officials from Neijiang Economic Development Zone, along with representatives from relevant municipal-level departments and units.
