TCP Group supports hospitals in 8 provinces at high risk of COVID-19, delivers essential medical equipment to help stop latest outbreak

The TCP Group is keenly aware of the seriousness of the latest COVID-19 outbreak, which may have a significant impact on people’ lives and Thailand’s economy. With this in mind, the company and its affiliates together have sourced 33,000 N95 face masks, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other urgently needed medical equipment, and distributed the items to hospitals in COVID-19 epicenters to help stem the pandemic as quickly as possible. The hospitals in urgent need are located in eight provinces: Samut Sakhon, Rayong, Chonburi, Chantaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Ang Thong, Samut Prakan and Bangkok.
Mr. Saravoot Yoovidhya, Chief Executive Officer of the TCP Group, said: “We have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 in Thailand since last year – especially the new wave of the outbreak that started at the end of the year. Now, new cases keep rising every single day. Without hesitation, we delivered PPE, medical equipment and other much-needed supplies to hospitals in high-risk provinces located in epicenters of the spread. That means medical personnel are now being provided with sufficient PPE and other protective gear, enabling them to fully perform their duties and treat patients without obstacles.”
