Energizing...Forward in a World That Is Changing Faster Than Ever Sometimes, What We Need is Space to Understand Our Own Energy and Listen Closer to Our Heart
TCP Group x RoundShare Invites People to Listen to Their Hearts,
Rediscover Their Inner Energy, and Keep Moving Forward in a World That Is No Longer Easy
Bangkok (8 June 2026) – In a world that seems to move faster every day, change has become a constant. New technologies emerge almost every week, the economy is marked by uncertainty, and many people find themselves navigating pressure, expectations, and unanswered questions.

Amid a world that seems to push everyone to keep moving faster, TCP Group believes that energy is the starting point of transformation. Every change presents an opportunity to grow, move forward, and develop in one’s own way. Guided by this belief, TCP Group partnered with ThinkFest to support RoundShare #5, a special conversation circle hosted by renowned writer and thinker “Niw Klom” (Sarawut Hengsawad), under the theme “How Difficult Is Life Today, and How Do You Energize Yourself to Move Forward?”. The session brought together 28 participants from diverse professions and generations to share their life stories, listen to one another without judgment, and explore the energy that may still be hidden within themselves.
There were no experts offering instructions on how to live, nor any formula for success to follow. Instead, it was a small but meaningful space where people could speak, listen, and reflect on themselves through one another’s stories—something that, in today’s world, may be even harder to find than answers.
When Exhaustion Becomes a Shared Human Experience
The first question posed to the circle was: “What do we spend most of our energy on?” The answers painted a vivid picture of the struggles people face in this era. Many admitted feeling exhausted by the pace of change, by technology that continues to evolve, and by the pressure to keep up with new things, while fearing that if they ever stopped, they might be left behind.
Some were tired of comparing themselves with others on social media. Others felt exhausted by standards of success that seem to keep rising to the point where they no longer know what “enough” really means. Many also discovered that their deepest exhaustion was not about work or money, but about the feeling that the more they pursued success, the further they drifted from their authentic selves. Some began to realize that they could no longer remember what they truly wanted, or whom they were really living for. Although each person’s problems may have looked different, their struggles shared a common thread: how do we stay true to ourselves in a world that constantly pushes us to become something else?
There Is Still Energy Hidden Beneath Exhaustion
Niw Klom then invited participants to reflect on another question: “What have we learned from the exhaustion we have had to face?” Many participants discovered that while “expectations”—whether from themselves or from those around them—had left them exhausted, those experiences also taught them to accept the truth that no one can control everything in life.
Several participants shared that they are the pillars of their families, carrying significant responsibilities and burdens. Although they worry about economic conditions and an uncertain future, what they have learned is the importance of planning their lives with mindfulness and returning to taking better care of themselves. After all, when we no longer have the strength to care for ourselves, it becomes difficult to care for the people we love. Others came to realize that accepting that we do not need to be capable or strong all the time can become an important lesson—one that helps us move forward with greater steadiness and sustainability.

There Is Meaning Within the Exhaustion
One of the most powerful moments of the discussion came when participants shared what sustained them and helped them keep moving forward. One participant spoke about a period in life when he could not answer the question of what he was living for. Eventually, he discovered that the happiness that sustained his desire to keep going was not solely for himself, but also for the opportunity to use his knowledge and professional expertise to create positive impact and improve the lives of people in his community. Others reflected that people often equate exhaustion with suffering. Yet when we can see the purpose of our effort and dedication —whether it is better academic performance, future success, or a happier life for ourselves and the people we love—purpose-driven exhaustion takes on greater meaning. It can become a driving force that helps us rise and continue moving forward.
Everyone Has “Light” and “Energy” Within Them
As the conversation reached its final question: “On the days when you feel exhausted, what would you tell yourself to keep moving forward?” The answers that emerged were not as complicated as many might expect. Some told themselves, “This too shall pass.” Some reminded themselves to rest when they are tired and continue when they have regained their strength. Others chose to hold on to mindfulness, accept reality, and stay more present in the moment. Many participants realized that the person who can lift them up on the most difficult days is, ultimately, themselves. The energy they seek may not be somewhere far away. It lies in self-understanding, self-acceptance, and the belief that although today may not be perfect, they have already made it through so much to reach this point. At the same time, many reminded themselves that in addition to being kind to themselves, they should not forget to notice and embrace the people around them, creating positive energy for one another.

Reflecting on the discussion, Niw Klom shared, “Life today has undoubtedly become more challenging. Each person is facing different kinds of difficulties. Yet what we came to realize through this conversation is that every human being already possesses both ‘light’ and ‘energy’ within themselves. We may forget this when life feels clouded and uncertain. But if we look back, we will see that we have overcome difficult moments many times before. Do not forget to draw upon that energy for the challenges we are facing, because behind every dark cloud, there is always light.”

“Energizing People Forward”
As the world changes faster than ever and people search for ways to grow and move forward in their own way, TCP Group believes that the “people energy” is the starting point of every meaningful change. Over the past 70 years, TCP Group has never stopped evolving, because it believes that while the world changes and people change, one thing remains constant—its commitment to “energizing people forward.”
Guided by this belief, TCP Group joined ThinkFest to pass on inspiration through a range of experiences. These included the TCP Pop-Up Station, where visitors could recharge with refreshing beverages from TCP Group’s portfolio throughout the three-day event; the “Check Your Energy to Move Forward” interactive quiz, which invited people to discover what energizes them to keep moving forward each day; the Sharing Wall by TCP, where visitors shared empowering messages; and the RoundShare x TCP conversation circle, which opened a space for people to share their stories, listen, and learn from one another. TCP Group and ThinkFest believe that sustainable change begins with people who discover the energy within themselves and choose to pass that energy on to those around them. When one person finds the strength to rise, they may help another person keep moving forward as well. And when these small sources of energy connect with one another, they can create positive impact that extends far beyond us.
